WebFaction forums down?

in GoDaddy Buyout of Webfaction

I would be totally not surprised if GoDaddy has shut down some or all of the forums at WebFaction. For example, a post at https://community.webfaction.com/questions/21961/godaddy-buyout throws

500 Server Error
sorry, system error

system error log is recorded, error will be fixed as soon as possible
please report the error to the site administrators if you wish

The most recent post there seems to be from December 18, 2018.

I'm still looking for "Alternative To" WebFaction. Is anyone else out there?

    That page still loads for me, I don't see a 500 error. I'm still looking for a django alternative.

    The page loads, but try posting a new comment. That's where I hit the error.

    Up for me but very unresponsive and slow to load. Posted a couple comments without any errors but a sign of what's to come with all of this.

    I'm experimenting with Gandi at the moment (and will probably move to them soon). You can read about it in this thread: https://forum.kjodle.net/discussion/9/gandi

    If you experiment, please feel free to start a new thread, and keep us updated on your progress and discoveries. It looks like WebFaction is/was very unique indeed.
